This policy explains which personal data Osaühing TELGER processes on telger.ee, why and for how long, and what rights you have.

2. Data we process

order data: name, e-mail, phone, delivery address or parcel locker, ordered goods, amount and note
payment data: payment status and transaction ID (we never see card or bank details)
data sent via the contact form or the withdrawal form
technical data: cookies and browser storage as described below

3. Purposes and legal bases

fulfilling the order, delivery and customer service – performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b))
accounting and tax – legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c))
website security and fraud prevention – legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f))
analytics and marketing cookies – consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time

4. Who receives the data

We share data only to the extent necessary:

web hosting provider (hosting the site and data)
e-mail provider (sending e-mails)
parcel carriers (Omniva, DPD, SmartPosti) – delivery of goods
accounting service provider – invoices and payments

We do not sell data or share it for marketing. Data is processed within the European Union.

5. Retention

Order data is kept in the website admin for up to 2 years and is then deleted automatically. Accounting documents (invoices) are kept for 7 years under the Accounting Act. Contact form messages are deleted when no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object, receive the data in a machine-readable format and withdraw consent. Write to info@telger.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

7. Cookies and browser storage

Necessary: the cart and product comparison are kept in your browser storage (localStorage) and never reach us. Your consent choice is stored in the cookie sk_consent (12 months).

The map (Google Maps) loads only with consent.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
